We understand this can feel overwhelming. Our step-by-step process is designed to guide you with clarity and sensitivity from your first enquiry through to the completed memorial.

Ground Settlement

We allow 6–12 months after burial before installation, as recommended by cemeteries.

Design & Quote

Choose your stone, shape and inscription. We create a design for your approval.

03

Permits & Production

We handle all permit applications. Granite memorials typically take 12–16 weeks.

Installation

Fitted by our BRAMM-accredited masons to the highest safety standards.

Our Story

A Family Tradition Spanning Six Generations

J.H. & T.P. Duncan has been serving families in Essex and East London since 1952, when Jack Harold Snook acquired the business after a lifetime in the trade. Today, Anthony Snook and his four daughters — Sophie, Sadie, Phoebe and Amelia — continue that tradition.

Every memorial we create is bespoke. From the first consultation to the final installation by our BRAMM-accredited masons, we guide you through each step with care and understanding.
